Foreign Worker Insurance Guarantee (FWIG)

When applying calling visa for new intake foreign worker or renew/extend working permit, the employers have either placed cash or obtained an insurance Guarantee (FWIG)/Bank Guarantee (BG) from the immigration Department. Most of the employers will obtain the insurance Guarantee (FWIG) from the Insurance Agency rather than placing the cash or using their own Bank facilities.

Foreign Worker Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance Scheme (FWHS)

The Ministry of Health has announced that all foreign workers employed in Malaysia must have medical insurance (FWHS) coverage under a government ruling effective from Jan 2011.

The new scheme will provide hospitalization & surgical insurance up to RM20,000 per annum against accidental injuries & illnesses under class 3 Wards in the Government Hospital (GH).

Domestic Maid Insurance

A comprehensive insurance policy provides personal accident or death coverage to maids. It's inclusive of repatriation, hospitalization, surgical expenses & weekly wages.

Fire Insurance

Indemnities the insured in the event of loss or damage to the Property Insured caused by Fire and extended named perils.

Burglary Insurance

Indemnities the insured for any loss caused by Burglary or Robbery whilst the property insured are kept inside the trade building premises.

Money Insurance

Indemnities the insured for any loss or damage of money from causes not specifically excluded whilst kept within the insured premises and during transit.

Fidelity Insurance

Indemnities the employer against any pecuniary loss sustained as a result of a dishonest act of an employee.

Project Insurance

Indemnities the employer against any pecuniary loss sustained as a result of a dishonest act of an employee.
